Tomato, Olive, Artichoke Heart Pasta Salad with Basil & Balsamic

Ingredients:

2 cups halved Sungold Tomatoes (or any type)

1/2 cup chopped garden basil

1 cup diced, marinated artichoke hearts

1 cup halved black olives

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

1. Cook your pasta in salted water.

2. Drain and cool the pasta.

3. Mix all the remaining ingredients and serve room temperature or chilled.
